This home was designed to take full advantage of one thing: the view. Sitting on 0.64 acres and spanning over 8,300 square feet, every major space was intentionally positioned to capture the valley, from the great room to the private master suite. Massive windows, supported by a structural steel moment frame, create an open, unobstructed feel that brings the outside in.

Inside, the details are just as intentional. A double-sided glass fireplace anchors the main living space, creating a focal point from multiple angles the moment you walk in. The master suite opens to a private deck overlooking the pool, pickleball court, and Utah Lake, giving homeowners both privacy and connection to the property.

The garage was built to be more than just storage. Designed with a suspended slab, it creates usable space both above and below, with oversized windows, a mezzanine office, and the flexibility to accommodate lifts, RVs, or whatever the homeowner needs. This is our first Parade of Homes project, and every decision was made to showcase what’s possible when design, structure, and lifestyle all come together.
