We sit down with you to determine your needs, the needs of your current or future family, which spaces are going to be unique to you and how do we design those in an economical and efficient way.

Architecture & Design

Design

We help you figure out which features you want in your home, which floor plan works best for your vision (even if we build the floor plan from scratch), and then introduce you to our Interior Design team who will put together design concepts and bring your home to life.

Build

Working with the architect, engineers, and designers, we will begin building your home. During this phase we give you full visibility into the schedule, timing, and process along the way, and encourage you to check in on your home as we communicate our progress each week.

Final Touches & Move In

Move In

You are about to move into your brand new home and we want you to enjoy the process of moving in. We go through with you and blue tape the home, as well as work with our subcontractors to ensure all the finish work is to your exact specifications.

Care

Now that you are in your home, we provide you with all the information about the selections as well as how to maintain your home from which cleaning products to use down to what lightbulbs are needed in each fixture. We guarantee your home for a year and provide our contact information so that if anything goes wrong, we can come back and make any necessary repairs.

Our Home

This home was designed to take full advantage of one thing: the view. Sitting on 0.64 acres and spanning over 8,300 square feet, every major space was intentionally positioned to capture the valley, from the great room to the private master suite. Massive windows, supported by a structural steel moment frame, create an open, unobstructed feel that brings the outside in.

Inside, the details are just as intentional. A double-sided glass fireplace anchors the main living space, creating a focal point from multiple angles the moment you walk in. The master suite opens to a private deck overlooking the pool, pickleball court, and Utah Lake, giving homeowners both privacy and connection to the property.

The garage was built to be more than just storage. Designed with a suspended slab, it creates usable space both above and below, with oversized windows, a mezzanine office, and the flexibility to accommodate lifts, RVs, or whatever the homeowner needs. This is our first Parade of Homes project, and every decision was made to showcase what’s possible when design, structure, and lifestyle all come together.
